Summary at a glance

Key takeaways in plain language before reading the binding terms below.

  • Zero tolerance for phishing, credential stuffing, spam generation, and distributed denial-of-service abuse.
  • Strict prohibitions against hosting malicious payloads, illegal materials, and unlicensed intellectual property.
  • Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure (CVD) program required for all external security testing.
  • Automated system rate limits protect shared infrastructure from algorithmic exhaustion attacks.

This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') outlines the acceptable and prohibited uses of the Jeeym workplace platform, API endpoints, storage clusters, and communications networks. Compliance is required of all workspace administrators, members, and guest users.

Prohibited malicious and fraudulent activities

You may not use Jeeym services, mail relays, or public links to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Sending unsolicited mass communications, spam, deceptive marketing, or deceptive commercial outreach.
  • Phishing, social engineering, credential harvesting, or deploying deceptive spoofing domains.
  • Uploading, distributing, or storing malware, trojans, worms, keystroke loggers, or exploitative binary payloads.
  • Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or moral rights belonging to third parties.
  • Facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion under applicable law.
2.0

System integrity and resource fairness

Jeeym enforces architectural rate limits, concurrent thread limits, and storage bandwidth quotas to ensure stable operations for all organisations.

You may not probe, scan, or fuzz platform endpoints, load-test production clusters, or bypass token rate governors without explicit written authorization.

Security research and vulnerability reporting

We welcome responsible security research through our coordinated disclosure program. All researchers must abide by safe harbour guidelines:

  • Never access, modify, exfiltrate, or destroy data belonging to other tenant organisations.
  • Never execute denial-of-service tests or degrade production service availability.
  • Report discovered vulnerabilities promptly to [email protected] and provide reasonable time for patching before public disclosure.
4.0

Investigation and enforcement actions

Jeeym reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches of this policy. In response to confirmed violations, Jeeym may issue formal warnings, remove or quarantine abusive content, restrict network access, suspend user accounts, or terminate tenant workspaces.
