To deliver a highly resilient, enterprise-grade cloud productivity platform, Jeeym engages third-party infrastructure and service providers known as subprocessors. All subprocessors are bound by comprehensive data protection agreements consistent with our DPA.
Cloud infrastructure and hosting nodes
Customer Content is hosted according to the geographic region configured by the Customer during onboarding:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Primary cloud hosting, storage clusters, and KMS encryption (US, EU, Middle East).
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — Secondary redundant failover clusters and edge content acceleration.
- Cloudflare Inc. — Global CDN, DDoS mitigation, Web Application Firewall (WAF), and edge DNS resolution.
Platform functional subprocessors
Specialised components for transactional notifications, support communication, and billing processing:
- SendGrid / Twilio — Transactional administrative emails, password resets, and 2FA SMS tokens.
- Stripe Inc. — PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant subscription billing and credit card processing.
- Datadog Inc. — Anonymized application performance monitoring, tracing, and infrastructure telemetry.
Subprocessor update process and objections
Customers with an active Enterprise agreement may subscribe to receive electronic notification of new subprocessors. Customers have the contractual right to object to any new subprocessor on reasonable data protection grounds within thirty (30) days of notification.
